The Guildford Model Engineering Society is a friendly group of like-minded individuals that aims to encourage, develop, and provide facilities for the hobby of model engineering. New members are always welcome.
The railway and its trains are operated entirely by its unpaid members and volunteers. As a society we cover all aspects of model engineering and cover a wide range of skills and interests, however our main focus is on our live steam miniature railways and all that its operation and maintenance entails.
We are a small independant company trading in livesteam models in the model engineering scales. This covers locomotives from O gauge to 7.25" gauge and traction engines from 3/4" scale upwards.
